Bearded Dragons are commonly sighted on the grounds at school. The children like to name the lizard that they see as 'Gowrie', so there are undoubtedly many lizards given that name! A competition was held to create a mascot based on the Gowries / lizards. There were many very apt designs, but the winning design was drawn by Bryce Newman. We thank Bryce for the wonderful gift that he has left the school - Mascot Gowrie.
