Our School Cross Country is held towards the end of Term 1 each year. Cross Country training is offered before school for students wishing to train and compete at a higher level. More information on training days will be available through the School Newsletter. Parents and grandparents are most welcome to attend to cheer on their sons/daughters. Students from Prep to Year 6 compete in this event. Different distances are run depending on the age of your child.
On the last Monday of Term 4, our Awards Night is held in the school hall usually starting at 7pm. Parents/grandparents of our whole school are most welcome to attend this event. A variety of awards including academic, sporting, The Arts, attendance, Naplan, are presented to a number of students across the whole school. Our future school captains are also announced and presented with their badges.
Our year 6 students also receive a special memento for graduating. Our choir and instrumental musicians perform and the night is compered by our student leaders. A light supper finishes off the evening.
Each year students in the upper school classes are invited to attend school camp. The location of the camp varies from year to year so as to provide our students with many different educational and life opportunities. In previous years the students have attended Tallebugera School Camp, Camp Warrawee, Leslie Dam and Camp Mudjimba.
